Hey, my name is Steph and I am a Beachbody Coach. I run 21 Day Fix Challenge groups and I have a one that just started and another starting September 27th! Can you committ to a 3 week program? If you put the time and energy in, this program really works! If you are looking to lose pounds, inches or just tone and learn proper nutrition, this program is for you!
The 21 Day fix focuses on proper nutrition by providing coloured containers for each food group. Depending on your weight you get so many of each colour container a day. You don't have to count calories or weighing your food, you just have to choose approved foods and fit them into the containers! It is very simple and really teaches people proper portions and types of foods we should be eating. There is an option to purchase the program in a Challenge pack which comes with a 30 day supply of Shakeology (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate) which will be your healthiest meal of the day and really help with your progress. It is a meal replacement and it tastes great! The workouts are 30 minutes each which is also a huge bonus. Lots of people don't have time or want to do hour long workouts.
